Philly Cheesesteak bake, oh mama!

Easiest again, your husband is going to LOVE this so much, you are too.

1 onion

1 green pepper

4 cloves garlic

salt, pepper, olive oil

1/2 pound rare roast beef (deli section)

6 oz monterrey jack cheese

3 oz swiss cheese

Saute your onion and green pepper with some garlic in olive oil, and while you are sauteing that, slice your 1/2 pound deli meat, shred your cheeses (I prefer block cheese, but of course do what’s easiest for you).

Pour your peppers and onions and garlic in a baking dish, top with your sliced roast beef, add your cheeses, bake at 400 for 25 minutes.

That easy!
