Alfredo Marinara Zoodles


Y’all. Dinner was so good tonight I wish you would have been here. I’d have sent you home with leftovers and everything. I wanted something italian like spaghetti bake and wanted all the flavors and all the cheesiness of cheese but without the cheese, ’cause I don’t do dairy and this easy combo was just what the doctor ordered.

Actually the doctor didn’t order it but wouldn’t that have been something if he did!

Cheesy Alfredo Marinara Bake HALLALUJAH.


8 ounces of dairy free cream cheese

32 ounce jar of marinara sauce

1 pound of ground meat of your choice

14 pepperoni

1 tablespoon of oregano

1 tablespoon of basil

1 teaspoon of garlic

3 tablespoon of olive oil

5 spirilized zucchini to make zucchini noodles


  1.  Preheat your oven to 350 and spirilize your noodles placing them in a 9 x 13 backing dish.
  2. In a large pan, brown your meat. Once browned, add your cream cheese and stir melting together with the meat and then add the marinara sauce. Stir together and pour on top of your zoodles already in the pan.
  3. Spread the meat topping evenly over the zoodles, and top with pepperonis, oregano, basil and garlic.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes.

Enjoy. I loved this so much!
