My Fall Essential Oils Essentials.

Did you know that I am a Young Living Distributor? I started seriously learning about oils this past year as we are getting closer to turning our infertility journey into a fertility journey. And while in the waiting, I could think of no better gift that I could give our child/ren then a home that is chemical free. It is the ONLY thing I can control on this wild ride and I have really loved learning so much about oils and all their uses.

You can buy one oil, shampoo, conditioner or anything else you need OR you can buy the starter kit which is the best deal for your money; gives you an overview of the favorite oils and the price point can not be beat. It includes 11 oils, a diffuser, the thieves all-purpose cleaner and more little goodies. I love the starter kit so much that I have ordered it twice, and I plan on ordering another soon to get another diffuser because honestly it the best deal. Once you get the starter kit, everything you order from there on out is 15% off which is nice! (And if you contact me and let me know you just signed up with me, I will send you a fun goodie as well!)

I ordered some fun Fall favorites of mine this month. Mostly for the smells but I would love to tell you what all they are good for besides making your house smell like it got attacked by a pumpkin patch in the very best way!IMG_7181

Bergamot: great for depression, in the diffuser for a positive, uplifting environment, use it on the palm of your hands for comfort during unsettling times, great for smoother skin.

Clove: put a few drops in a warm bath and enjoy its soothing and invigorating aroma, add to water in a glass spray bottle and use as a homemade air freshener, diffuse in your home to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

R.C. (I LOVE THIS OIL!): rub on your chest and back of the neck before an early morning workout, use with V-6™ Vegetable Oil Complex for a foot or back massage after your gym routine, outdoor adventure, or yoga practice, place a few drops in a hot bath or shower. The warm water will calm and soothe you, and the oil will diffuse with the steam for an invigorating and empowering experience, brighten your outlook during early-morning errands by applying R.C. oil to your chest and wrists. (makes me giggle, “I’m having a great early morning errand thanks to ole R.C.”

Nutmeg: I love this one in the diffuser with other Fall oils. Eliminates bad breath, helps with menstrual cramps, good for joint pain, blood circulation and improves cognition.

Cinnamon Bark: reduces spasms, reduce gas (flatulence), and stimulate the appetite (OH CRAP!), might also increase blood flow, cinnamon bark also contains a chemical that might work like insulin to lower blood sugar.

Ginger: healthy looking skin, massages and diffuse for an up lifting environment.

Christmas Spirit: Christmas Spirit is a sweet, spicy blend of orange, cinnamon and spruce essential oils – the oil is a mood booster that taps into the happiness, joy and security associated with the holiday season. OBSESSED.

I would love to connect with you about oils, I am loving learning everything I can. What a gift I can give myself, and my family. I really feel like these are precious ittle pockets of goodness that I can spread daily. Let me know if I can help you with your order or help you research the right oils or oil for you for whatever you might want it for.

Peggy is better today, she even just did the paw to the face to Vern so girlfriend is feeling so much better. It was like she was on stage at her first dance recital and found Brad and I in the crowd and waved. I whispered to Brad, “Brad…Brad…LOOK!”

See you tomorrow, gots some smells to smell!
