These will be a hit with the entire family. I am baking these during the COVID-19 crisis so it was a little of use what you have which turned out perfectly.
1.5 cups of swerve brown sugar
1 stick of kerrygold butter
1 egg yolk
2 teaspoons of vanilla
1 teaspoon of baking soda
2.5 cups of almond flour
1/2 -1 cup of chocolate chips (add walnuts too!)
Preheat your oven to 375. Hand mix your brown sugar and youur melted butter until mixed and smooth. Add you egg and egg yolk, vanilla, baking soda and almond flour. Mix your almond flour in a 1/2 cup at a time. Stir in your chocolate chips and in large chucks place on your parchment paper lined baking sheet. These will not spread out, but cook SUPER fast so make them nice and chunky. Cook for 8 minutes.
