Who doesn’t need cheesecake in their life on rotation?

How about I just give you the five ingredient recipe? You can make this with the crust or without. I think the crust makes it extra special – I think it is time for a grocery delivery, because we just ate the last piece last night and it is OZARK and CHILL night so we going to need dessert. You watch Ozark, right? It is really good with a side of cheesecake.
1 cup crushed almonds
2 tablespoon swerve brown sugar
3 tablespoon cold butter
Blend together until crushed. Pat with cold water onto the bottom of your pie dish. Like to just cover the bottom, going up the sides seems like an overacheiver and that’s just not where we are right now. Freeze while you are making the filling.
2 packages of cream cheese
1 cup granulated swerve
2 teaspoons of vanilla
1 cup of sour cream
1 cup of chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 325. Cream together the cream cheese and the swerve. Add your eggs, vanilla and sour cream and blend until super smooth, probably about five minutes. Add your choloate chips by hand. Get your frozen crust out of the freezer and pour the filling into your crust. Bake for 1 hour.
Let set out to cool and then refrigerate. Serve super chilled. Serve it with a big scoop of whipped cream.
