IMG_9278Welp, today is the day for crabcakes, bab-ay!

I thnk I will make a spinach salad to go with it, wish we had some strawberries.

Basically a brunch for two.

My mom makde crabcakes as a child and I never appreciated them as much then like I do now. They are so good with a drizzle of ranch. I love them!


2 tablespoons of olive oil or kerrygold butter

1 can of crab meat

1 tablespoon of dill weed

1 egg

Mix everything together and pat them out like you would a burger.

In a frying pan, melt some olive oil or kerrygold butter and add your crabcakes. Cook until pretty and brown on one side over medium heat (abour 5-8 minutes) and then flip and do it again. These will be flaky but delicious!
