Oven-Baked Hot Chicken

I love making these and everytime I make them Brad is so complimetary and since I cook ALL THE DANG TIME these must really be good! Again, easy button!
6-8 chicken tenderloins
1 egg
1 cup of crushed pork rinds
Franks Red Hot Wing sauceIMG_1422

Preheat your oven to 400. Lay out a pice of parchment paper on a baking sheet. Start the process of one tenderloin in your whisked egg and then continue by dipping it in your pork rinds. Continue this until all your chicken is coated with your mixture. Cook for about 25 minutes and flip half way through. I like to move my oven rack up to the top that helps with the chrisp. Pull them out and sprinkle liberally with Franks Red Hot Wing sauce. THESE ARE SO GOOD.

Pair these with my turnip fries!

Enjoy!
