Roasted Cauliflower


This roasted cauliflower is the best side dish for any entree; I love it with pork or salmon. It really is so so delish! Let me know if you make it and love it.

Roasted Cauliflower
1 head of cauliflower
1/2 cup of olive oil
1/3 cup of a seeded mustard
1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
fresh or dried parsley to taste

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. In a large baking dish, cut up your head of cauliflower and place it in your dish.

In a small bowl, mix together your olive oil, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper. Set aside.

Pour just a little olive oil on top of your cauliflower and roast it for 45 minutes. Once you pull it out of the oven, toss it in your sauce and add your parsley on top. 

Done and dusted!
