Keto Sloppy Joes

When we discovered the Lewis Baking Company keto buns, the first thing Brad said was, “Can you make sloppy joes?!” Why, yes! They only take ten minutes to make and will be a family favorite for everyone. The men in your life will want seconds for sure!

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

3 tbsp swerve brown sugar

1/2 cup ketchup

1 teaspoon mustard

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Begin browing your meat on medium-high heat, turn your heat down to medium once it’s almost brown and add your other ingredients. Mix together and serve on the buns immediately. I like to have turnip fries and a pickle with mine!

You can also skip the bun and serve it alone with your turnip fries or a green veggie.
