Meatloaf Burgers

These meatloaf burgers were such a hit last night. Six easy ingredients, served with air-fried okra. Dinner was over before it started! I’ve made meatloaf before that ends ups being watery and falls apart when I slice it to serve – so I created these individual servings the entire family will love!

I cooked them on a cooling rack on my sheet pan, so the water/grease drained out. I was left with perfect individual-sized meatloaf burgers. No messy clean up!

I took the picture as-is, instead of making it beautiful, so you could see what they look like when coming straight out of the oven.

1 pound of groud beef

1/4 of an onion, diced

1/4 of a bell pepper, diced

onion salt to taste

1 egg

1/3 cup of primal kitchen ketchup

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Mix together all your ingredients and pat into individual patties. I sprayed my rack with avocado oil and then laid them out to cook.

Cook your individual meatloaf burgers for thirty minutes, then increase your heat to 375 and add just a little ketchup to the top of your burgers and cook for ten more minutes.

Serve immediately and stay tuned for my air fryer okra – it’s the perfect side!

Tag me over at @jessicadukesdaily if you make these, I would love to share your creation!
