Air Fryer Wings

If you follow me on instagram, you know that I was MAJOR ANTI AIRFRYER for literally EVER. Enter Amazon Prime Day this year… and I had a moment of weekness. The next day an air fryer appeared on my porch, and my life has never been the same. Also — my kitchen is staying cleaner. And dang it, don’t you hate it when you have to retract a statement because you were really really wrong.

“I LOVE MY AIR FRYER AND I DID NEED ONE AFTER ALL.” -jessica dukes

I made hard boiled eggs in there yesterday. HARD BOILED EGGS, yall.

But let me tell you about these wings. First, you know I swear by my oven baked wings and they are really delish BUT they are also messy to make. Oven baked wings are quicker BUT these are crispier. And while they are crisping in the air fryer, you can go ahead and throw these jalapeno poppers in the oven.

We have this air fryer and I can’t recommend it enough. I don’t like things out on the counter and we have no counter space, so I knew when shopping for one, it needed to blend in. I really like how it looks, and don’t mind it being on the counter.

AIR FRYER WINGS:

Thaw your wings, if they are not completely unthawed, it’s okay, they will still cook wonderfully.

Turn your air fryer to 400, season your wings however you like. I have just been adding salt and pepper and just a little olive oil, and they are STILL SO GOOD.

Put 10-12 wings in your airfryer and let them cook 20 minutes, shake them to mix, then flip them and then air fry for 20 more minutes. This makes them so so crispy, you won’t believe it.

Clearly I can’t.

Let me know if you make these! I usually do a few batches and save the leftovers because… leftovers are even better in the air fryer!

I’m a woman obsessed.

Are you obsessed with your air fryer? What’s your favorite thing to make in yours?
