I think about meal prepping often and then I never meal prep. Do you meal prep?
If you do, make these grilled chicken breast this week. They are deliciously easy and really add a punch. Eat them alone, or serve them on a bed of greens with some vinegarette.
(Notice there’s only three, ate one frsh out of the air fryer!)
AIR FRYER CHICKEN BREAST
I used two large chicken breast, and cut them in half to make large tenders.
2 large chicken breast cut in half to make large tenders
4 tablespoons of minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
Heat your five quart air fryer to 340, on your four chicken pieces cover with minced garlic, salt and pepper.
Place your chicken in the air fryer and cook 20 minutes. Flip your chicken and let it cook ten more minutes. LEAVE IN IN THE HOT air fryer once cooked for ten more minutes to rest. You can have this chicken for dinner or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Another idea, let this chicken cool and create shredded chicken dishes with it.
