Let’s talk Keto Snacks


Admittedly, I am not a snacker at all. Even when making a bullet list of keto snacks to post, I was really struggling. I need to be better about snacking. With PCOS, eating smaller meals throughout the day is so much better for you and yet here I am.

I much prefer my air fryer chicken tenders and hard boiled eggs, or cold salads, like my faux pasta salad and egg salad. I am much more likely to grab something like that than a low carb bar. I try my best to eat clean which means I have to be prepared, and I could do better at this (preparation).
