The grocery list said cucumbers, but Brad brought home zucchini. Which could also be called divine intervention, because the Lord only knows I didn’t want another night of broccoli. I made these zucchini as a side for our steak, without a plan, and oh my goodness, we all loved them.

2 tablespoons of coconut aminos
2 tablespoons of ghee
garlic and salt to taste
