Zucchini with Coconut Aminos

The grocery list said cucumbers, but Brad brought home zucchini. Which could also be called divine intervention, because the Lord only knows I didn’t want another night of broccoli. I made these zucchini as a side for our steak, without a plan, and oh my goodness, we all loved them.

Make this easy, no brainer side for your next meal – it is so good, you won’t believe it. Add onions and some squash – that would be excellent too!

Zucchini with Coconut Aminos

Ingredients:

2 zucchini squash cut 1.2 inch think like a potato chip

2 tablespoons of coconut aminos

2 tablespoons of ghee

garlic and salt to taste

Directions:

In a grilling pan, add all your ingredients. Cook for about four minutes over medium heat on both sides and done. So easy, and this flavor was so delsih with my perfect steak!
