Brussels Sprouts with Radishes
10 ounces of brussel sprouts (20-30 brussel sprouts cut in half)
20 or so radishes cut in half
1/2 of a red onion, diced finely
1/4 cup of pancetta (I usually just get this at whole foods or trader joes already packaged and use the entire package)
salt and pepper (use more salt than you think!)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Put all your ingredients in a casserole dish together and mix with your hands. Let cook for one hour and serve immediately.
